If you receive SMS OTP but still cannot log into the app, try regenerating your PIN using the 'Forgot Password option.
Your account may be blocked due to some additional verification checks or issues in credit repayments. To resolve the case, please reach out to our customer support team.
To get the OTP,
- Turn off the VPN on your device, and try using the "Resend OTP" option.
- Make sure your contact number should be correct, and the internet is connected. Also, check your SMS notification or try to get the OTP via call.
If you still are not getting the OTP, Raise a Ticket for the same, and we will ensure that your issue is resolved.
You can change your PIN from the locked screen of the app using the ‘Forgot PIN’ option. If you are still not able to regenerate your PIN, contact our support team on support@coincred.org.
